Some sorting options don't work correctly (or at all)

Sorting by name sorts uppercase and lowercase separately, so lowercase filenames show up at the bottom of the list, instead of staying in alphabetical order. Sorting by case should be a separate option, if needed at all.

Sorting by Ratio doesn't work right at all. The sorted results are as jumbled as if I hadn't sorted.

And Sort by Status only seems to work when I do a "forced re-check" of my torrents and am in the Checking screen.
