Re-downloads a successfully completed download.

Hi guys!

When a torrent completes successfully, and in my case is moverd by tT to a "completed" folder. If that folder is unavailable at any point - before a restarting of tT - then tT will start the download all over, from the original download directory.

It seems like the completed folder is not properly recorded somewhere in tT, so it seems to appear like a new download, and starts again - even though the completed download still exists in the "completed" folder that tT moved it to after it initially completed.

The problem is less apparent after a restart of tT - I presume the torrent entry is updated somewhere and made correct during shutdown cleanup, or startup sanity check.

Either way, it's quite an issue if you don't notice it and correct it BEFORE it begins a new download. :-(

If you catch it early enough you're okay, by way of moving the "fresh" download manually within tT, to the previously completed folder and then issue a "force re-check" - then restart tT.

All seems a bit unnecessary really and spoils the UX for me... :-(

If there's any way I can help iron out these pesky bugs, please let me know how! I'm more than happy to help with code or beta testing :-)

Cheers, and keep making the good, great! ;-)
