(Auto Resume) option

I want to see (Auto Resume) option, just in case internet is disconnected for whatsoever reason, the user can select specific time (minutes or seconds) for the running torrents to resume downloading again.

Currently, I keep my program downloading, and after a few minutes, I find it just stops downloading and the speed is 0 kb/s, and I have to press (stop) button, and then pres (resume) to resume again, if the option (auto resume) if there, this will spare us from checking every now and then.
