Force open at startup.

Currently tTorrent doesn't open at startup if there are no torrents, even with the force start option selected.
I have an android TV dongle and remotely send torrents from my phone. I cannot do this if tTorrent is not running. Please fix

actually this is a bug in recent versions, working on a fix.

The only way around this issue is to use an app called TaskBomb, and even this only works on an unlocked device.
