sequential download not being implemented properly

When downloading torrent, some files from the bottom of the list was downloading even after ticking the sequential download

That's not what sequential download means. However I have the issue where after running for awhile torrents go into sequential download mode and refuses to go back to normal.

Also, [sequential download] randomly becomes unselected.
