set up/down limit depending on time

Would be usefull if tTorrent have two limits. For ej, from 6pm to 12pm a lower limit; from 12pm to 6pm a higher limit

It is really needed we can have this app to start and stop downloading in specified time. for example from 1:00 am to 9:00 am.

This idea is great, because the hours specified are 24 continuous hours and the idea cancels itself out. Solved.

Although on two 12 hour cycles this is a horrible idea. One good example is you have thousands of people that use this application, some that even paid, and throttling speeds for a few hundred people's pleasure, isn't worth pissing off the whole community of users. Secondly, this is an application by developers and only IP's throttle speeds, which no user has ever enjoyed. If a torrent engine throttled speeds at certain times, 99% of people wouldn't bother using it.

I feel an option should be added for the following.

1. Allow ttorrent to pause itself during certain time window (based on user choices)

2. Allow ttorrent to use low download speed during certain time window (Based on user choices)

This will be useful features to all those people who have multiple users using a common wifi network and with this option internet browsing for other users will not be impacted.

Hope this will be implemented.
