I would like to have an easier way to move the torrents

I would like to have an easier way to move the torrents, like a bottom bar that shows when you select the torrents.
That bottom bar should have an up and down arrow to move the torrents (multiple torrents can be moved in the same selection), and it can include the play/pause button.
