Download metadata of magnet links even if it's still in queue.

This will be useful so that we can pick and choose which files to include or exclude in the torrent without waiting for it to actually start downloading.

Right now, after adding a magnet link it will be "Downloading metadata - scheduled"

Which means we have to wait for this scheduled torrent to start downloading just to manage which files to download.

It would be better if the metadata gets downloaded even if the torrent is still in queue.

Looks like some bittorent applications call this "pre-fetch metadata"

If I understand correctly, what they do is let the torrent download only until it gets the needed metadata. After which the torrent gets paused and added into the queue.

I'm not sure if that's the best way to implement it or if I even understood it correctly but this is what desktop bittorrent applications do.
