Simple UI to rearrange queue

At present it takes lot of steps to just rearrange a queue. The rearranging of queue needs to be made simpler

Maybe just adding arrows and another set of options to move to top or bottom.

I agree that right now it's really difficult to rearrange the queue. Especially if you have more than a dozen. You can't even see which torrent is next in line.
