torrent not downloading

The app is stucked still on a comment "dowloading metadata" and is not downloading the file at all. Iam using Sony Xperia z2 and the problem occured after two initial successful downloads. Now the app is completely stuck and unable to download anything from any of the torrent websites. Please tell me a solution to fix this.
